Return & Refund Policy
At Vinayaka Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with clear images or videos of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, along with original packaging and tags intact.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or slight color variation due to photography or screen settings.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
Replacement
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings and customized jewellery may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
